Lesson Content
Lesson content and the study plan should be decided by students’ level, requests and goals just like individual lesson. The tutor will do their best to organize the best study plan for all of the group members, however, please understand that they might have to follow the pace of the slow student sometimes.
Skype Group Chat
Students can freely use the Skype group chat to communicate with the other group members and their tutor. However, we do not recommend contacting other students outside of the group chat. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any troubles between students.
Support Outside of Lesson Time
The support outside of lesson time is available like individual lesson. Students can ask any questions via both of the group chat and their tutor’s personal Skype messenger.
As for the way to submit assignments, please follow your tutor’s instruction.
Payment
Each student will purchase the lesson tickets via website. The payment can be done by credit card or Paypal.
Lesson Booking
Each student will book the lesson via website after they organize the lesson date.
Rescheduling
Once the lesson date is decided, the lesson cannot be rescheduled except for emergency situations. Please let your tutor know in advance if you will be absent from the lesson.
※If your tutor cancels the lesson, the make-up lesson has to be conducted.
